I tried this place for the first time and it was mixed experience. The beef brisket with potatoes didn't taste good to me. The flavor was different and not what I expected. It also wasn't melt in your mouth like some other places, but it also wasn't too tough. I wouldn't get it again. The fish filet with black bean sauce was ok. The black bean flavor was weak and lacking. The stew egg plant with shredded pork lunch special (SL10) was my favorite dish out of the 3 I tried. That had the most flavor and was delicious. The lady working the register was nice.

Very solid hand ripped noodles with lamb. I'm from the east coast and was craving some hand pulled noodles. There are not many places like this in SoCal, so I'm happy to have found this place. The noodles were delicious. Flavors were solid, and not overwhelming spicy. Lamb was well seasoned but was slightly over cooked. It's not your typical Chinese American restaurant, the food here is very authentic. It is located in 99 ranch, and is a bit pricy for a food court. However, considering the amount of food you're getting and the quality, I have been a returning customer.

Food: I got the braised beef noodle soup mild spice. The noodles were fresh and perfectly chewy. The soup was very flavorful and the beef was soft. I wasn't a big fan of the amount of fat the beef had tho. Service: the food came out quick and hot. The worker was a little standoffish but did give some recommendations when asked. Ambiance: It's located in the 99 ranch food court so there is plenty of seating. The tables can be a little dirty.

Was finally able to give this place a try after hearing about it so much. Who knew that a small restaurant inside a 99 Ranch would be so amazing. The amount of items on the menu here is incredible and they all look amazing. It was honestly difficult trying to figure out what would be best to eat. Even though they were doing a lunch special, I opted for buying item N13 which was hand pulled noodles with spicy cumin beef. This dish did not disappoint at all. It was absolutely delicious! For the price you pay and the amount of food you get, I would say it's definitely worth it. Plus the level of spicy was very good, I found it to be quite pleasant but also still great when coupled with the noodles and beef. I look forward to coming back here and trying other things on their menu.
